Hilkhos HaOsey Shaliach Ligbos Chovo 2 is based on Likutey Moharan 5.
00:00 – וַיִּתְעַצֵּ֖ב אֶל־לִבּֽוֹ – “…and [Hashem] grieved in His heart” (Bereishis 6:6, Bereishis).
08:00 – וְהָיָ֧ה יְהֹוָ֛ה לְמֶ֖לֶךְ עַל־כָּל־הָאָ֑רֶץ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא יִֽהְיֶ֧ה יְהֹוָ֛ה אֶחָ֖ד וּשְׁמ֥וֹ אֶחָֽד – “And Hashem shall become King over all the earth; on that day shall Hashem be one, and His name one” (Zecharia 14:9).
*10:00 – A person is expected to remember his name after he passes away because his purpose in this world was to bring honor to Hashem. Shem – name – is Malkhus and Kovod. Zachor veShamor.
12:30 – וַיַּ֣עַשׂ אֱלֹהִ֔ים אֶת־שְׁנֵ֥י הַמְּאֹרֹ֖ת – “And Hashem made the two great luminaries…” (Bereishis 1:16, Bereishis).
13:30 – Koheles – The entire world was created for the tzaddik and is included in the tzaddik. The Yisod distributes Hashem’s light and blessing to the world. “Tzaddik yisod olam.”
***16:00 – Remembering one’s name after death. Zachor – male (related to zikharon – memory) and female aspects of creation are united when a person remembers [Hashem’s Name during his lifetime and] his own name after his death.
18:00 – The sum total of all the worlds is Shem Hashem. Uniting Hashem’s name with all the worlds occurs through simcha shel mitzvah.
21:00 – Naming a child at his bris. The name of a person is connected to all the worlds. The bris milah engraves the Name of Hashem in the flesh of the new person.
*22:00 – The tradition of saying a possuk for one’s name.
***23:00 – Q&R about achieving happiness and causing sadness to “flee”. The perfection of joy is to include one’s sadness in the joy. Analogy of children being hungry, but their parents rejoice that their children at least have an appetite. A husband has the requirement to make his wife happy.
*PARAGRAPH 16. 29:50 – Zachor es yom haShabbos – remembering Shabbos every day of the week.
32:00 – Hashem allows Himself to appear as “Borrower” through the mitzvos done by a Tzaddik on Shabbos. A person who gives to a worthy recipient is “lending” to Hashem.
***35:00 – When a person is born, he is the state of being a “taker”. When he does a mitzvah, he enters the state of being a “giver”.
36:00 – NOTE about Hashem revealing Himself as if he is “receiving” from man through Am Yisrael’s service in the Beis HaMikdash.
