Hilkhos Nizkay Shekheynim 4 is based on 2Likutey Moharan 8.
00:00 – PARAGRAPH 4. The Mishkan was built through the gathering of neighbors. The letters of the Aleph-Beis are the building blocks of creation
05:40 – PARAGRAPH 5. Combining the letters of the Aleph-Beis is done through the power of vision.
09:00 – Ayin HaRa. Misuse of vision causes a shattering of the vessels that contain blessing.
10:45 – Parshas Balak. Bilaam saw the modesty of Am Yisrael’s encampment. (Bamidbar 24:5, Balak).
12:40 – Rashi explains that “Your Tents” also refers to the Mishkan.
15:45 – A good neighbor brings his tefilah to the community. Tov letzadik, tov leshekheyno. Parshas Korach.

19:00 – PARAGRAPH 6. עַל־כָּל־שְׁכֵנַי֙ הָֽרָעִ֔ים הַנֹּֽגְעִים֙ בַּֽנַּֽחֲלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־הִנְחַ֥לְתִּי אֶת־עַמִּ֖י אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל הִנְנִ֚י נֹֽתְשָׁם֙ מֵעַ֣ל אַדְמָתָ֔ם – “…Concerning all My wicked neighbors who touch the inheritance that I have given My nation, Israel, to inherit, behold I uproot them from upon their land…” (Yirmiyah 12:14).
