10:00 – וַיִּקְרָא אַבְרָהָם שֵׁם־הַמָּקוֹם הַהוּא יְהוָה יִרְאֶה אֲשֶׁר יֵאָמֵר הַיּוֹם בְּהַר יְהוָה יֵרָאֶה – “And Avraham named that place, HaShem will see, as it is said to this day: On the mountain, HaShem will be seen” (Bereishis 22:14, Vayera).
17:00 NOTE on seeing clearly.
18:40 – ***Parshas Bo. Tikkun Chatzos. וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה כַּחֲצֹת הַלַּיְלָה אֲנִי יוֹצֵא בְּתוֹךְ מִצְרָיִם – “Moshe said, ‘So said HaShem: At the dividing point of the night, I will go out into the midst of Egypt'” (Shemos 11:4, Bo). WhyMoshe Rabbeinu didn’t know the exact time of Chatzos Layla, but Dovid HaMelech did.
21:45 – שִׂמְחוּ אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלִַם וְגִילוּ בָהּ כָּל־אֹהֲבֶיהָ שִׂישׂוּ אִתָּהּ מָשׂוֹשׂ כָּל־הַמִּתְאַבְּלִים עָלֶיהָ – “Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice greatly with her, all you who mourn over her” (Yeshaya 66:10). All who mourn the destruction of Yerushalayim will merit seeing the final joy of Yerushlayim.
24:00 – All exiles are referred to as “Mitzrayim” because Galus Mitzrayim was all-inclusive of later exiles.
29:00 – ***How to wait for Moshiach.
30:32 – כִּי עוֹד חָזוֹן לַמּוֹעֵד וְיָפֵחַ לַקֵּץ וְלֹא יְכַזֵּב אִם־יִתְמַהְמָהּ חַכֵּה־לוֹ כִּי־בֹא יָבֹא לֹא יְאַחֵר – “For there shall be another vision for the appointed time; and He shall speak of the end, and it shall not fail; though it tarry, wait for it, for it shall surely come; it shall not delay” (Chavakuk 2:3).
31:00 – *NOTE on the Akeida: HaShem didn’t tell Avraham Avinu to kill Yitzchak Avinu, He told him “Bring him up.”
32:00 – Why Avraham Avinu named the site of the Beis HaMikdashHaShem will see”.
34:00 – Every good deed counts.

27:30 – Reference to Likutey Moharan 2.
42:00 – ***Every single day, the light of the Geulah is sparkling, as in “Every single day, HaShem is seen on this mountain.”
43:40 – ***NOTE: Analogy of how a plant grows continuously even though we can’t see it, so the light of the Geulah is growing brighter every single second.
44:30 – ***“Today, if you will heed His voice.” All we have is today. We don’t have tomorrow or yesterday.
46:00 – זֶה־הַיּוֹם עָשָׂה יְהוָה נָגִילָה וְנִשְׂמְחָה בוֹ – “This day was made by HaShem, let us exult and rejoice in Him” (Tehillim 118:24).
48:30 – PARAGRAPH 48. HaShem does Mishpat with Tzedakah. Tefilas Chatzos Layla facilitates the Geulah Sheleyma – the Final Redemption. This is why Tefilas Chatzos gives a person tremendous encouragement.
52:00 – ***Q&R – How can a person succeed in getting up for Tefilas Chatzos Layla? Achieving this is a process that takes tefilah, time, and persistence.” Analog of a small child saving up money for a bicycle, knowing his father will match and multiply his efforts.
54:00 – ***Q&R about praying for protection for ourselves and for Klal Yisrael. Rav Shmuel Shapiro zal raised 17 children and all were religios. When asked how he accomplished this, he said, “I prayed a lot for my children. A lot.

[BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE heard from Rabbi Michel Dorfman zal: In hisbodedus, a person should daven for each of his children by name every day, mentioning at least one good point for each child, and thanking HaShem for these good points. Finding and praying for these good points strengthens the child so that any midos needing repair are improved. Instead of focusing on what the child is doing wrong – focus on what the child is doing right. – syw]
