“Uman Rescue” is the true account of how, almost 170 years after his passing, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov “rescued” the burial site of 30,000 Jewish martyrs from obliteration. He accomplished this by arranging for his grave to be near these Jewish men, women, and children murdered during the Khmelnytsky massacres in the Ukraine.
In 1979, Rabbi Yechiel Michel Dorfman and Rabbi Nasan Maimon witnessed first-hand and participated in the events that unfolded to achieve this astounding “rescue”.
