Every second there are changes taking place, as in וַתִּפְקְדֶנּוּ לִבְקָרִים לִרְגָעִים תִּבְחָנֶנּוּ – “[Of what importance is man] That You should visit him every morning and try him every moment?” (Iyov 7:18).
