00:00 – SICHAH 86. Wedding Customs. A wife receives advancement through her husband, but does not descend with him if he falls. Parnassah (livelihood) depends on the respect a husband shows for his wife.
02:21 – Why is the face of a Jewish bride covered with a veil? “The beautiful maiden without eyes” (Zohar 96-97) refers to emunah (faith).
04:22 – The kovod (honor) of HaShem is that which is hidden. Taharas Mishpacha – laws of marriage purity. The importance of tznius – modesty in dress and behavior.
16:41 – *A wedding is compared to the giving of the Torah at Sinai.
