18:11 – Suffering is a burden because it’s the opposite of what a person wants. Lack of awareness of HaShem is the source of yisurim – adversity.
24:00 – ***All life energy depends on emunah. Drawing the holiness of Shabbos into the 6 weekdays strengthens emunah by bringing peace into the adversities of the week. This relieves a person from his burdens.
32:20 – The more Am Yisrael is able to achieve achdus, the greater the achdus in the entire world.
