05:00 – Adam HaRishon. Adam’s fulfillment of emunas chokhomim was to have faith in himself. Chava’s fulfillment of emunas chokhomim was to have faith in Adam. Chava failed to have emunas chokhomim by allowing the nachash to shake her confidence in Adam.

Limud Torah Course. אָז אָמַרְתִּי הִנֵּה־בָאתִי בִּמְגִלַּת־סֵפֶר כָּתוּב עָלָי – “Then I said, ‘Behold, I come with a Scroll of the Book written for me'” (Tehillim 40:8). וְתוֹרָתְךָ בְּתוֹךְ מֵעָי – “…and [to have] Your Torah within my innards” (Tehillim 40:9). ***When a person studies Torah, the goal is to learn how to speak and act.
46:00 – Health Course. When a person considers every Torah sefer as if it were written for him, his food doesn’t cause harm, as in וְתוֹרָתְךָ בְּתוֹךְ מֵעָי.
