22:30 – לְהַגִּיד בַּבֹּקֶר חַסְדֶּךָ וֶאֱמוּנָתְךָ בַּלֵּילוֹת – “To declare in the morning Your kindness and Your faith at night” (Tehillim 92:3). At night we need to strengthen emunah.

This love makes the Torah complete and whole. וְאָהַבְתָּ לְרֵעֲךָ כָּמוֹךָ – “…you shall love your neighbor as yourself…” (Vayikra 19:18, Kedoshim).
