04:20 – Denial of HaShem’s constant supervision due to belief in nature is a form of spiritual sleep.
07:00 – PARAGRAPH 20. Garments of Light. Tikkun Cheyt Adam HaRishon. Tikkun HaBris. Wasting seed creates souls without bodies. These souls are repaired through the Garments of Light generated through Am Yisrael’s emunas chokhomim.

17:00 – שְׁמַ֖ע יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ יְהֹוָ֥ה | אֶחָֽד – “Hear, O Israel: HaShem is our Master; HaShem is one” (Devarim 6:4, VaEschanan). The letters of the Shema hint to the word ליבש – clothing.
19:00 – Sefer Tehillim is the perfection of song. Through its praises for HaShem, the Torah, and tzaddikim it proclaims the greatness of HaShem to the entire world. מָֽה־רַבּ֬וּ מַֽעֲשֶׂ֨יךָ | יְהֹוָ֗ה כֻּ֖לָּם בְּחָכְמָ֣ה עָשִׂ֑יתָ – “How great are Your works, HaShem! You have made them all with wisdom…” (Tehillim 104:24).
26:00 – By avoiding philosophy and choosing instead the Torah, a person achieves וְהָיָ֗ה כְּעֵץ֘ שָׁת֪וּל עַל־פַּלְגֵ֫י מָ֥יִם אֲשֶׁ֚ר פִּרְי֨וֹ | יִתֵּ֬ן בְּעִתּ֗וֹ וְ֖עָלֵהוּ לֹ֣א יִבּ֑וֹל וְכֹ֖ל אֲשֶׁר־יַֽעֲשֶׂ֣ה יַצְלִֽיחַ – “He shall be as a tree planted beside rivulets of water, which brings forth its fruit in its season, and its leaves do not wilt; and whatever he does prospers” (Tehillim 1:2).
29:00 – *In praise of Sefer Tehillim.
31:30 – Tehillim 119 contains 8 possukim for each letter in the Aleph Beis. This expresses the central theme of Sefer Tehillim – yearning to HaShem to be able to fulfill the Torah.
33:20 – Tehillim 119 contains 8 possukim for each of the 22 letters of the Aleph Beis. Why? 7 Refers to the physical world. 8 refers to the Olam HaMalbush, the higher spiritual levels.

[“Rabbi Yehudah said: a day of rain is as great as the day of the Giving of the Torah. The Torah says, ‘My teaching shall drop like rain’ (Devarim 32:2) and there is no teaching besides the Torah, for it is written, ‘For I have given you a good teaching, do not abandon My Torah’ (Mishlei 4:2) …” (Taanis 7a).]

40:10 – NOTE heard from Rabbi Rosenfeld zal about the yichud between Kudsha Brich Hu veShekhinta that is accomplished by tzaddikim. יַגִּ֣יד עָלָ֣יו רֵע֑וֹ – “Their friend preaches to them…” (Iyov 36:33). “Friend” is the tzaddik.
42:10 – “A day of rain” refers to the ultimate tikkun for the sin of Adam HaRishon.
46:00 – The body is a garment for the neshama. This garment must be removed through death and then purified through burial, until the body is transformed into a garment of pure light, as in וְ֜יִֽתְיַצְּב֗וּ כְּמ֣וֹ לְבֽוּשׁ – “…and they will stand up like a garment” (Iyov 38:14).
47:30 – Rain is compared to Techiyas HaMeisim. גשם – rain – is the opposite of מבול – flood.
49:00 – The rainbow is a sign that there are dinim active in the world. Rain on Shemini Atzeres is a sign of blessing.
51:20 – Q&R – a person can make “Garments of Light” on a practical level by: 1) Listening to the sounds of the shofar on Rosh HaShanah. 2) Giving tzedakah to clothe tzaddikim and that will be distributed by them to clothe those in need.
