36:30 – Q&R. The more we are conscious of HaShem’s Presence and Unity, the more we draw His life energy into all we do.

57:30 – By saying a blessing over every different item we eat, we connect it to its Source and reveal the unity of HaShem within the diversity. Shabbos is the ultimate revelation of HaShem’s unity, therefore eating is very important on Shabbos.
