54:40 – ***A person needs to restrict what he looks at to achieve Shemiras HaBris. He also needs to restrict what he thinks about, because thoughts are a form of “looking”. When Am Yisrael looks up we draw HaShem’s hashgacha upon us.
58:00 – עֵינַי תָּמִ֣יד אֶל־יְהֹוָ֑ה כִּי־ה֤וּא יוֹצִ֖יא מֵרֶ֣שֶׁת רַגְלָֽי – “My eyes are always to HaShem for He will take my feet out of the net” (Tehillim 25:15).
