LH7-18-Sheluchin/ הלכות שלוחין

2025-09-01 – LH7 – CM1 – Sheluchin 4 – Para. 9-15

Sheluchin 4 – Sheleymus HaTefilahShaliach Tzibur – 10 Spiritual Levels of Am Yisrael – Rosh Hashanah – Minyan – Response to Kaddish Kol Is Above MakomTeshuvahZarka – 4 Sounds of the Shofar – Ema-Binah – Speaker: Rabbi Nasan Maimon.

00:00 – PARAGRAPH 9. Shaliach Tzibur. Perfection of Tefilah is achieved through a shaliach – messenger.
05:00 – PARAGRAPH 10. The 10 categories spiritual levels of Klal Yisrael. Makom Kavuah establishes tefilah.
11:00 – “Where is the location…” in Shacharis. Sins are forgiven by reciting the different locations in the Beis HaMikdash where the korbonos were brought. The main sweetening of dinim is achieved through mentioning the places of avodas HaShem and connecting them to the Kisey HaKavod.
15:00 – Ehven Shesiya is the physical location of connecting with the Kisey HaKavod.
16:00 – PARAGRAPH 11. Shaliach Tzibur on Rosh Hashanah.
18:00 – Q&R about reciting “Where is the location…” in Shacharis.
19:00 – PARAGRAPH 12. The Shaliach Tzibur must be on a high spiritual level.
21:00 – מִמַּֽעֲמַקִּ֖ים קְרָאתִ֣יךָ יְהֹוָֽה – “…from the depths I cried out to HaShem” (Tehillim 130:1).
23:00 – “From the depths…” Through davening in a minyan, a person can reach the highest possible levels from the lowest spiritual depths.
25:00 – מקומו is begematria 432 which includes all 4 formats of HaShem’s Name: AV – SaG – MaH – BaN.
27:00 – *The response to Kaddish includes all 4 levels of מקום.
30:00 – PARAGRAPH 13. The importance of traveling to the tzaddik for Rosh HaShanah. The tzaddik is entrusted with the central position in Am Yisrael’s connection with Kisey HaKavod. The tzaddik is a conduit for the prayers of Am Yisrael.
32:00 – Tzaddikim yirshu Aretz.*** The gravesite of a tzaddik, no matter what its geographical location, is considered part of Eretz Yisrael – צַדִּיקִ֥ים יִֽירְשׁוּ־אָ֑רֶץ וְיִשְׁכְּנ֖וּ לָעַ֣ד עָלֶֽיהָ – “The righteous shall inherit the Land and dwell forever in it” (Tehillim 37:29). The place where a tzaddik is buried is his resting place. The tzaddik is at rest when he’s connected to the ultimate resting place of every soul – the Kisey HaKavod. Tzaddikim yirshu Eretz.
34:00 – PARAGRAPH 14. The connection between two places is established by the ability to speak between the two locations. Kol Torah and Kol Tefilah a person can reach from the aspect of Makom to the aspect of Above Makom. Sound travels very far, therefore the sound of the shofar and the sound of tefilah on Rosh Hashana is increased.
36:00 – One of the most important elements of teshuvah is Kol.
39:00 – ***Teshuvah is returning to one’s true place, which is expressed through the cantillation Zarka. Reference to Likutey Moharan 35. Kol is above the concept of Place. “That’s what Rosh Hashanah is all about.”
43:00 – Q&R about the eyes being able to see further than the ears can hear. Although vision reaches farther than sound, no connection is made. It’s only through sound that communication between two people is possible over a distance.
45:00 – PARAGRAPH 15. The 4 sounds of the shofar on Rosh Hashanah.
48:00 – Binah is above the seven levels of Zer Anpin and above the concept of Makom. Binah is begematria Elokim and is an aspect of Kisey HaKavod. “Binah is called אם – mother.” The constriction of Makom does not apply to the heart: reference to 2Likutey Moharan 56.
50:00 – The 4 sounds of the shofar. Tekiah, a single long blast; the Shevarim, three short wailing sounds; the Teruah, nine staccato alarm-like blasts; and the Tekiah Gedolah, a final, very long sustained blast. Reference to 2Likutey Moharan 8.
52:00 – Teruah. Second Tokiah. ***When a person’s tefilah comes from his heart, all the neshomos trapped as reincarnations in nature can rise to their original place, above the physical world.וְהָיָ֣ה | בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא יִתָּקַע֘ בְּשׁוֹפָ֣ר גָּדוֹל֒ וּבָ֗אוּ הָאֹֽבְדִים֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ אַשּׁ֔וּר וְהַנִּדָּחִ֖ים בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲו֧וּ לַֽיהֹוָ֛ה בְּהַ֥ר הַקֹּ֖דֶשׁ בִּירֽוּשָׁלִָֽ – “And it shall come to pass on that day, that a great shofar shall be sounded, and those lost in the land of Assyria and those exiled in the land of Egypt shall come and they shall prostrate themselves before HaShem on the holy mount in Jerusalem” (Yishaya 27:13).
55:00 – ***Closing blessings for Rosh Hashanah.
