Hilkhos Matzranus 4 is based on 2Likutey Moharan 67.
00:00 – PARAGRAPH 9b. 4 Rivers flow from Eden, and their head is the Tzaddik. Disrespect for the Tzaddik is the source of disharmony in the 4 Elements, both within the individual, and throughout all worlds.
03:00 – Midrash Eichah: “They sinned with their hands…”
08:00 – “They sinned with their feet…” Shoes are worn to prevent the Sutra Achra from drawing energy from our feet.
12:00 – וְעָֽמְד֣וּ רַגְלָ֣יו בַּיּֽוֹם־הַ֠הוּא עַל־הַ֨ר הַזֵּיתִ֜ים – “And on that day His feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives…” (Zecharia 14:4).

14:00 – The troubles during the era of “in the footsteps of Moshiach” are resolved through honoring Shabbos and drawing close to the Tzaddik Emes, who is an aspect of Shabbos. מַה־נָּאו֨וּ עַל־הֶֽהָרִ֜ים רַגְלֵ֣י מְבַשֵּׂ֗ר מַשְׁמִ֧יעַ שָׁל֛וֹם מְבַשֵּׂ֥ר ט֖וֹב מַשְׁמִ֣יעַ יְשׁוּעָ֑ה אֹמֵ֥ר לְצִיּ֖וֹן מָלַ֥ךְ אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ – “How beautiful are the feet of the herald on the mountains, announcing peace, heralding good tidings, announcing salvation, saying to Zion, ‘Your HaShem has revealed His kingdom'” (Yeshayahu 52:7).
